  1. My opinion on can complement the other. . . I had one strip procedure. Have/had classic horseshoe pattern. Covered front half, with hairline, but my hair is straight and fine. I'm happy overall, happy with coverage, but it could use additional density. To complete, I'd need one more procedure for full coverage, per se, and here's where FUE comes into play. . . I have areas on both sides of my head due to tight stitches that need repair. Areas where hair was lost. Along the back of my head not bad. For full coverage and repair I'd use FUE this time for faster recovery and to avoid the slight damage due to strip. . . My opinion.
  2. mattj & Thehairupthere, thanks for making the time to respond. I appreciate the information and i guess i'll just have to wait it out for now as i'm only Day 12 Post-Op. Thanks, eyeblion
  3. To the HT veterans, can you talk to the nature of the transplanted hair and what if any methods of control will be required? That is, will the transplanted hair grow in the same direction as surrounding non-transplanted hair or will some topical treatment (e.g., gel) be required to maintain control? I have fine hair (wispy in nature) but all i've ever used and needed was water to maintain control. Not talking outdoors in the wind and elements, but indoors. Ok, water is temporary so i'd have to replenish, but it's not like my hair was naturally all over the place. Will my water routine be enough for the expectations cited above? Any/all opinions would be appreciated! Thanks, eyeblion
