21 is young age for an op.

Just try the fins before you do anything. Iam on the 5mg ones and cut them into 4s. I only had sides for two weeks after that i had no sides.

As long as its under 1mm its fine. Manual is better but it depends which doc you use. Automatic tends to heat up and could damage the hair.

I have just had 3160 grafts from a doc in Belgium and i will post pics at the weekend.

Iam 7 days post op and i have no pitts in the skin.

What did you go for fut or fue and how many grafts did you have done?

I am taking Finasteride 5mg and i cut them into 4's = 1.25mg daily. Its working, did have side affects at the start but after 4 weeks they wore off. I would give it a shot if i was you but you will only see results say 6 months onwards.
