so now we got keser in ankara turkey to the rescue putting in 1300 over three days and now we wait hopefully i can throw away all my concealers lol

i had to put a crap ton of dermatch and toppik everyday to make this work i had everyone fooled but i knew it sucked without the concealers i had friends asking why are you even getting it done cause your hair is great and they didn't know i used concealers everyday

Keser is $4.5 at 1500 is $6700

Koray $2.5 at 3000 is $7500

Cost is about same. Weird how I was quoted double from koray.

I would say slightly leaning koray because of the high amount of published before and after.

Does anyone know where a good amount kesers results are located?

So to make a passable look I dump the dark brown powder in my hairline to disguise the see throughness, it gets all over your sink and don't have a girl run her fingers through your hair but it does make it look better, I didn't want to be a slave to concealers though also been on propecia link below will have pics with toppik in hair and some more close ups w/o

Hey all thought I would give an update

I am really dissatisfied with my two hair transplants. Dr umar has offered to do a 3rd pass free of charge but going though the whole recluse/hibernate mode for 2 weeks is tough so I have been dumping copious amounts of toppik and comb it forward to give it w decent look. Super up close its extremely noticeable to where new girlfriends have asked did I get "plugs" hair stylist ask when did you get this done. I used to be in outside sales meeting business executives face to face and now do inside sales i.e. Telephone sales. It has definitely taken a hit to my inner confidence my "swagger"

From a distance I love how it should look how it frames my face it is just so see through

What would all of you guys think would be the best course of action getting the exact same hairline filled in the gaps high density. Maybe Rahal or Hasson and wong with a super reliable fut? Give Umar a 3rd chance? Click the link for pics

No new updates, finding 2 weeks off to recluse is tough. In the meantime I am using a bunch of toppik to cover the see throughness, which sucks. Will schedule an appointment for a 3rd and hopefully final pass when I have the time and will make sure to give everyone an honest update

dr. umar and I had a miscommunication. He was saying that I could go see another doc if I wanted to. He has offered to go another pass at it free of charge.

I responded to him for clarification if he meant he would do another pass or not. I guess I interpreted it as go to another doc if you want to do another surgery.

Thank you for the update and accept my apologies for the impasse.

If you are still unhappy with your coverage, then it is logical to consider another pass. However, after a procedure with a touch up, it would be also ok to consult another FUE provider in moving forward.

I felt going with umar was a super safe bet but I was wrong

after second pass im bummed out i didnt get the outcome i wanted i told dr umar and showed the pics and he explained i should find another surgeon i have thought about going to rahal and just biting the bullet and going strip because of his solid results but who knows

just a quick non photo'ed update... all scabs fell off at day 8 buzzed head to a one guard grew a beard feel great! upon close examination of the hairs, looks the same as the last procedure just this time it looks really densely packed which is what i wanted from the get go. the first procedure looked fine just not enough grafts were used imo giving a see through look. now with the appropriate amount of grafts and being a psuedo expert that i am from being on these forums so long i can confidently say that this is gonna be a sick result... i remember last time looking at the right side after my first ht and thinking it looked like less was implanted on that side... this time just looks like there are no gaps all hairs are close together and ill will update when i can

nope they were decent results just not 100% satisfied a little see through on the right side the left side was great. doc always stood by his work

today surgery number 2

hey guys whats up, had a procedure with dr. umar 12 months ago 1500 fue and it looked natural just very see through on the right side. i explained to dr umar i was not 100% satisfied and he offered me a free touch up. i just had the surgery today and wanted to update what he did. He went above and beyond and implanted 480 grafts in his "touch up". I am very very confident that after what he did today i am going to have the result that i envisioned one year ago cheers ask any questions you'd like...
