I paid a visit to your branch in Birmingham over ten years ago, then enticed by your company's grandiose claims (still at It too I see) only to be left literally speechless, dumbfounded and eventually enraged (I'd flown in especially from abroad) upon being presented with the extremely cheap wig (not in price mind) well described in the first post, So It doesn't seem to have evolved at all since then.
