Donna, I have never once suspected and feel that almost no one will think if a woman is wearing a wig that they indeed have hair loss. Women have an advantage in that regard.

Indeed, most people I know wouldn't blink at seeing a woman in a wig, it's just assumed its for fashion purposes.

Leave the crown for a while, I would say. It's not even noticeable anyway.

As others have said, it's probably best to let the scalp breathe and the HT to settle in normally.

In this day and age you'd think people wouldn't laugh at others with hair loss problems. You might be worrying too much about it. I mean its a very common complaint. Give it a little time and it will be fine.

First of all, I do not think this thread is damaging to H&W. Quite the contrary, it shows the reality of the potentially slow growth process. Not everyone is going to experience knock your socks off improvement, and all the docs/doc representatives seem to show good or best case scenarios, I wish that was always the case for every patient, but clearly its not.

Exactly, I mean I think people these days expect instant results in everything, but hair regrowth is a natural process that takes a natural amount of time. How much time depends on the person and their unique situation. Hang in there and it will improve.
