What it means to cake it? (sorry for my english)

Yesterday i used toppik for the first time and i am very happy with the results. But now that i look on the ingredients is see things like ammonium chloride, silica... So can it damage the hair in the long term?

I used nizoral twice a week in the first month but now i use it once a week. In the rest of the week i use revivogen. So i wash my hair something like 5 times a week.

So far i can see only one recommendation so you have nothing to be confuse about. I tell you what i do, you can try it and see if it works for you 2. I use Nizoral once or twice a week, And 3 times a week i use Revivogen shampoo. Nizoral is the only shampo that has proves for its anti dht effect. And for the Revivogen, my hair looked thicker right after the first time i used it. I also use the serum but my hair looks thicker even in the places i don't use the serum. By the way, since i use revivogen i notice more gray hair, but i dont know if there is any connection.

I have been using revivogen for 3 months and since the last month i notice more and more gray hair (i noticed 8 gray hair till last month and now i notice 20). Could it be there is a connection between revivogen and the gray hair?

I take 22 m"g of zinc every day because things which not relate to hair issues. I know that zinc is good for the hair but too much zinc is not good for the hair and i wanted to know if the zinc supplement in addition to revivogen is not to much zinc?

So what so special about those shampoos? And talking about Spironolactone, does it has any side effects?

Can you give me the name of the cheaper shampoos? Right now im using generic nizoral with 2% Ketoconazole. Im using it twice a week but in the directions it says to stop using it after one month. Im not going to stop but im going to use it only once a week, so i need an anti dht shampoo without sls for the rest of the days.

Thnx for your comment. So by what i undertsand you recommend on revivogen right? You use only the shampo or also the Revivogen Scalp Therapy?

1) I know that one of the ingredients of revivogen is saw palmmeto which could have sexual side effects if taken orally. My question is if saw palmmeto has the same side effects if used in topical way? 2) I know that products like minoxidil has bad influence on collagen which could make the skin in the face get wrinkles (thats why i stopped using it), is revivogen has the same side effect?

Does the saw plametto extract has the same side effects as the saw plametto tablets?

I don't think it's a solution for the long term becasue minoxidil is not "fighting" the dht it just has the reverse effect than the dht. In the long term the dht would win the minoxidil so maybe its a good thing to combine some unti dht solution like azelaic acid.
