  1. Good to see the growth chart, not something I'm gonna obsess with but at least it's an chart to look forward to. Just curious, other then basic shampoo and not scrubbing the new transplant area, are there any other precuations, to-do's, etc. My surgeon doesn't seem to require anything else. Thanks again, Sidey67
  2. Hello all, So I just joined this forum, a little late I guess, since I just did a hair transplant 5 days ago and the unexpected post procedure pain..OUCH!! Unfortunately in India, there's not much information about the procedure and post care so what little i've learned in the last few days was from reading the many useful posts. Just wondering if anyone can help with 1. What is the typical pain timeline after the procedure, it's been 5 days now and the donor area feels sore and hurts a fair bit. 2. What care should i take, especially about lifting weights and all, since I just became a new father 10 months ago and can't not lift our lil baby boy, is that a bad thing? 3. I still need pain killers, atleast twice a day even though the doc felt it would not be needed beyond 3 days, is this normal? 4. What can I expect in the months to follow about recover, healing, regrowth etc? I've had 3500 grafts done in a 11 hour procedure, not sure if that changes the opinions but just thought i'd let you know. Thanks for the advice, i've got some pics from 1 hour after procedure. sidey67
