Hi Everybody, After reading a lot of people's expereinces with HT I made a brave decision to get it done for myself 1 month back. I am from India and I got it done in Chennai, India. I had shedding after 3 weeks and now the HT area looks patchy (some places have HT hair and some fallen off) Is this ok? :confused: Also, I am seeing lot of pimples appearing on my scalp too, like acne pimples, Has anybody faced similar behavior? Is this how it works? is this normal? anything to worry? Please help me out. I have also started a thread to regularly post my expereinces. Thanks a lot prasad5

Hi Everybody, After reading a lot of people's expereinces with HT I made a brave decision to get it done for myself 1 month back. I am from India and I got it done in Chennai, India. I thought I will post my experience with HT esp related to post operative developments. Please help me keep this thread alive by posting your expereinces. I got my HT done in the front and sides, I needed 1900 Grafts. During the 1st week after HT, I had dried blood all over the transplant region I took great care with Betadine and covered my scalp. During the 2nd week, I saw the dried region falling off like any other wound. During the 3rd week, I saw bubbles/pimples all over my forehead but HT scalp was safe. During 4th week, I saw some of the pimples appearing on my scalp too, like acne pimples I am also here to ask from other's about their expereinces. Specifically about acne/pimples appearing on the HT scalp, Is this how it works? is this normal? anything to worry? Please help me out. Thanks a lot prasad5
