Transplanted Hair not falling Out?

Thanks a lot... One more thing.. what to do if the scalp is very itchy? -
About 10-15% of my transplanted hairs have not fallen out almost 3 months post op and are growing. I can see there is like a thicker bulb at the ends and the growing hair part is thinner. Is this normal and when should I expect most of the other hairs to start growing again?
