I've been wearing a piece for 8 years so I can offer some insight.
Going to a saloon is throwing money away. You can do this stuff yourself, and get a better result. There is a learning curve, but that is where companies make their money...duping you into thinking they are professionals and you cant do it yourself.
I would never leave a piece on longer than 7 days, 4 weeks is just asking for issues.
I have a spiked up hairline. At first I was paranoid about making everything perfect etc now I'm much more laid back. Thats whats pushed me to get a transplant, even a half decent one will make a huge difference...and so I don't have to waste energy into a piece and more into life.
I use tape all around and dont bother with glue. I used to use glue at the front, but tape is much easier. Blue liner is the king of tapes, ultrahold isnt bad too. I would use a slightly weaker tape at the temple points to reduce shedding.
I've tried them all, partials, 3/4cap, fullcap. I've come to the realisation that keeping as much of your own hair is best.
So are you saying based on your experience, it is better to make do without a hair system?

online pharmacy sites will do it

consider the US for rhinoplasty, best surgeons are there and you can get reputable surgeries for maximum of $8,000

All smoking will inflict on collagen formation which i take it is why you got co2 done, stop it for at least 8 weeks if not longer to benefit from maximum collagen formation

Dr Nigam
You say your 2013 protocol is to now give 4 injections 6 weeks apart, with this in mind does that mean treatment is suitable for local residents... how would an international patient be treated?

Saw an ad for TRX2 and it sounded interesting. I have and am currently on fin which has stopped hair loss dramaitcally for me but wanted to know if anyone has tried and used TRX2 with any decent results?

what number clip is that when you got a haircut,, 3?
I normally get a 1.5 on top and 0.5 on sides when i clip it, in that pic would say you are right in it being about a 3

Thanks for your replies guys!!
To answer questions asked, i have been on fin for approx 4 years now. It has definately stopped my hair loss. I tried minoxidil a while back but didnt really give it much of a go after say 6 weeks due to shedding which scared me!! Asides from these 2 have not tried anything else. I unfortunately when to AHS when i first noticed hair loss which not only wasted money for nothing but moreso wasted time which i could have used to halt loss by taking fin then if i had found out about it then, oh well.
In terms of consults, i have had one with dr bisanga, ferudini and wong. Bisanga said need to wait a few years, the other 2 said probably best not to HT as when the density of donor area was measured it was not deemed enough. I know i can't grow hair in donor area and that when shaved down the hair does not look too bad, however i was just seeing if it would be viable to do a small HT simply for frontal hairline.
It may not look like hair loss from the pics but when i do grow it out, it is more than evident as hair is thin throughout the top.

I am what is classed as thin diffuser, i even suffer from hair loss in donor area which causes limited supply/what is seen as insufficient for full HT.
I dont think I would be suitable for one based on previous consults so I guess apart from Meds that would be all I could take.
What I wanted to know if there were any recommendations for someone to see who would at least look at a small HT for closure of hairline. I appreciate many doctors do not like this due to creating a hairline that may in future cause issues but being 28 and not seeing any change in hairloss for past four years, i feel i may be a suitable person to go for a more aggressive hairline.
Any help/thoughts appreciated

With your donor supply i would certainly at least be consulting for FUE, you are 27 if you are deemed suitable why not at least find out.
I am 28 not as much hair loss as that but donor deemed not suitable

so is this really only suitable for grade 0.5/1 would this benefit if say wanted to go grade 2 on top or would it become evident?

i too would like to know what a price would be

snowman, Milena Lardi did the procedure.
Nice and was it done in one trip? Ie i take it you had to fly over to Milan?
-
who actually did your smp procedure?
-
so is it a treatment you offer dr lindsey?
-
How old are you. Have you had anyone look at you in person?
28 and yes been to feriduini, bisanga and lindsay. Last 2 were years back who said to wait a few years before reevaluation
SMP is something feriduini said to look into, will try find threads on it on forum

Temporary smp could be an option to look at as well.
Have you got a link to SMP, and what it is specifically?
Want your valid suggestions on hair systems
