  1. Hey, sorry for not replying for so long (been through a very long process of selling my house and been mega busy at work). Anyway its been nearly three months now, I feel its grown a little stubble in the corners of the hairline, doesnt feel any thinner or thicker on top. I am having my next treatment in about two weeks, and then I will ask Dr Rogers for the picutres from my first treatment (I did hhave them on email, but my email got hacked). I think he will be taking pictures when I go back down. Dr Rogers said that you have the treatment done twice in the first three months, then every 8 months to a year will be fine there after.
  2. I am two weeks removed from my PRP and so far nothing really to report. There has been no shedding at all which is good. Sometimes when I run my fingers along my head (specifically the crown and corners of hairline) I think nothing is growing, and then other times I can feel more stubble so to speak (my head is shaved with an electirc razor btw). Dr Rogers has sent me my pictures, but for some reason I can't upload them :-(, as soon as I figure it out I will upload them. Finally, 'Destin', I have searched for your pictures on the hairtransplantcommunity and can't find them, any chance you cud post on here?
  3. just to let people know, i have emailed dr rogers for my pictures right before the PRP treatment, as soon as he sends them i will post them on here then every few weeks will upload new pictures to see if there is a difference - good OR bad
  4. Just had the PRP done about 2 hours ago with Dr Rogers, was fine. They took the blood from my arm and did the centri-fuge thingy, then just almost 'dripped' it on my head a little bit at a time and went over it with a roller, did all over my head, felt like constant pin pricks (bit like having a tattoo). They did the front of my head first, then the top and crown aera round the back, had a little bit left over so asked them to do the fornt again and the temples. I know interest is starting to pick up now at the clinic, so I would get in touch asap (if people need the contatc details PM me) Am gonna be putting my pictures up when Dr Rogers sends them back to me.

  6. Thank you for the intelligent and informative addition to this thread. This is exactly what is needed, people giving their experience on PRP, just like I will be doing from next week onwards. If what you say happens for more people, then a lot of folk are gonna be happy very soon.
  7. I know a lot of people have been commenting on the main PRP thread wanting to hear from Dr Feller if this really works - for a while we have not heard from him and as a result of this some people are (maybe unfairly) saying that PRP is a dud. I am having the treatment done in the UK next week - if people are interested than this thread can be used to document whether this has been a success or not - hopefully will be able to load photos up for people but at the very least I will post weekly updates with my results. I am as eager as anyone on here to see it this works or not and so I will do my best to at least inform people of how effective this is - hopefully Dr Feller may add some input to this thread too.
  8. I think it's a little unfair to labal this a failure because Dr Feller hasn't posted in quite sometime. Sure it would of been nice to hear from him but he may be busy with other things. I am having PRP in less than a week and I have already stated that I will keep people updated with progress - if anybody has any questions I am willing to at least try and answer them.
  9. i am booked in for PRP in 2 weeks with dr rogers as stated on another thread i will post updates every couple of weeks or so - cant promise pictures all the time as i dont have a digital camera but will try my best
  10. i think he is charging around ??500 - i dont think i can post the website details on here but i can pm people if they are interested
  11. i am having PRP in just over 2 weeks at dr rogers clinic in the UK - at the very least i will keep people updated with regular posts - if dr rogers takes pics before hand i will gladly post them and try to post pictures every month, i want people to know whether PRP will work for us or not if people are interested i am somewhere between an NW2 to an NW3 :-)
  12. Dr. Feller did the first treatment in May. That's just five months ago--I think we can give him some more time before we go into hysterics and claim prp has failed and is a sham. keep in mind too that not all patients are going to rush into his office for follow-up visits to get their pictures taken. I am just as anxious as you guys to see results and to see if this works, but you really need to chill out. dr. feller is great at documenting his work and is also very upfront--i'm sure he will keep us in the loop on the success or failure of prp. I agree, I am just as anxious as every1 else to see more evidence that this works and to actually start the treatment, but I guess the longer we wait, the more info we will have. Good things come to those who wait.
  13. Hi That cud possibly be an option. Do you know what their website address is or have an e-mail address, cant find anything on Google for them. Thanks BTB
  14. great video, makes me just want to get the prp done Dr Feller, I have a couple of questions, first of allis it working well in the hairline/temple area? Also I live in the UK and have been speaking with Spex, still no definite start date in the UK, I am going to wait until the end of the year and then if still nothing over here, will consider flying to New York, how long is the waiting list? Hope to hear back from you soon.
