  1. I was very disappointed with the disposal of my excess grafts being disposed of and I raised this with him. There were a lot but I don't know how many. This is the main reason I did not go back there. Don't get me wrong, his work is good but that left a sour note with me. If you look at the work Saifi done on my pictures you will see he done a good job bit I think if there are follicles left over and I don't care what time of night it is, they go in and you pay extra. This was not offered to me and I feel that is wrong, follicles are very precious and I'm there lying on the bed with my head numbed, what's another hour or two? I'd be more than happy to pay but I think they like to wrap up at a certain hour.

He did do some good work fixing my old plug grafts by diffusing using FUE so I'm not saying Dr Saifi is not a good surgeon because he is I just think if grafts are out, they get planted.

  2. Well it's now been 4 months since I had my transplant by Dr. Kamari at the Liverpool hair transplant clinic and I feel I have had early results with a huge increase in density already. I know I still have some way to go to achieve my optimum results.

Everyone was weary of me going to this clinic as there was no reviews on here about this doctor and clonic so I feel it is only right to come on here and confirm that the clonic is top quality and the surgeons work is first class. What is most impressive is that you can get FUE at very very affordable prices in the UK.

I was given many more grafts than I paid for and none of the grafts were split.

I had a previous transplant with Dr Saif in Poland and I had 2000 grafts fut for 3000 pounds sterling which is very good but I got 2300 grafts in Liverpool fue for only 3000 pounds. I was only supposed to receive 2000 grafts but she harvested to many but put them in anyway unlike Dr Saifi who split my grafts into single hairs and only put in 2000 and washed the rest down the sink which I thought was ethically wrong to do.

This clinic in Liverpool is state of the art, clean, great staff and I highly recommend it, I will go back next year and receive some grafts in the Crown area.

  3. Hi I understand your scepticism. I am not aware who she trained with but she was a surgeon in the NHS before branching into cosmetic surgery. She has attended some INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF HAIR RESTORATION SURGERY conferences and is a member.

She manual extracts all the grafts and she leaves the grafts in situation until all have been drilled before removing them all at once to preserve the integrity of the graft.

I hope this is of help. I know there is some information on her clinic website

  4. Hi, yes there was one bad review on here and I tried to contact the reviewer with no response, I of course had some reservations after reading this review and took it to the surgeon, she was horrified by the review and went to great lengths to bring in previous clients to meet me and show me there before pictures and inspect the work done, they were both very happy but the thing what convinced me most was that I found out my best friend had a work acquaintances who had used the clinic, my friend gave me his number to call him and he was very happy with the results after 6 months,

I do feel a very professional job has benn done so far and this is my third transplant so I do have an idea, of course I will have to wait 6 months to be sure just how good it is, have you seen the pictures of my last surgery, I would welcome all comments :)

  5. Very true mate, at last it is becoming affordable here in the u.k. I was a bit apprehensive at first but the doctor is very helpful and she arranged for past patients to meet me at the clinic who were all very happy so that put my mind at ease, like you say at 1.50 sterling FUE is a great price, this was my third transplant and I know I need to wait to see the results but I feel the clinic were very professional in there aproach and execution and also there aftercare. So far I'm very pleased. I will add some more pictures that the doctor emailed me soon.

  6. I booked and paid to have 2000 grafts with Dr. Kumari but she actually extracted 2266 (yielding 5,318 individual hairs) by FUE and she put them all in for no extra charge, considering she does FUE for only 1.50 sterling per graft, it is already by far the u.k most realistic pricing for FUE making it affordable to the masses.

After meeting the lovely Christina at 7.30am at the clinic she provided me with tea and toast before putting a temporary black dye on my hair and clipperd it on the shortest level.

All my before and after pics are available on my profile, all comments welcome.

Dr. Kumari arrived around half eight and began to administer all the anaesthetics before drilling the grafts but leaving them all in place to keep them nourished until they were all removed at the same time, shortening the time out of the body.

By now the planter had arrived and began counting the grafts and hairs per graft. She was very profesional and had a quick tempo placing the grafts and managed to do all 2266 grafts by herself. We finally got finished around 9.30pm and I was dressed and given my meds to take at home, I go back to the clinic today for a check up and to get redressed.

I will post regular updated pictures and keep you informed of the progress of the grafts over the coming months :D

  7. Thanks for your feedback and messages guys, they are helpful. In doing my research I found a YouTube advertising video clip under the title of... hair transplant surgery in Liverpool.

It shows the hair transplant of one of the clients on her before and after pictures on her website. To me it look like a good job with nicely placed grafts. The after pictures on her website look like a very decent result. What are your opinions on the video and the after pictures from her website?

I must admit when I see the video I am quite confident in my choice. All comets welcome

  8. I have booked myself in to the above clinic to get my 3rd hair transplant. i am to have 2500 grafts. i have decided to do a detailed review of the clinic and the surgeon Dr. Kumari as there is very little information on forums about this clinic.

i decided i wanted to top up the density on top of my head and started doing some research, i came across a clinic in my home city that will do F.U.E for 1.50 sterling so i decided to inquire and spoke to a charming receptionist who arranged me to have a consultation.

Now i know some of you are going to say that you cant make decisions based on price but for some of us it is a major factor, i don't have Wayne Rooneys money and i cant travel to Hasson and Wong so sometime we have to make allowances. i am hoping to reveal that we have an affordable option in the U.K.

i was shown some before and after pictures as you would expect and had a chat about what i wanted doing. we agreed to have the surgery early in may and i paid a deposit of 500 with a balance of 3250 for 2500 grafts of which she has promised not to split. so far so good but then i was chatting with a forum buddy about my plans when he sent me a worrying link to a forum thread about one very unhappy customer, i sent an email with a link to the doctor and she arranged for me to come in and meet two of here previous customers.

one was a lady who had suffered from thinning on top, the other was a young male, both shown me their before pictures and both seemed very happy with there results.

i am not concerned about the artistry of the surgeon as my hair line has already been done by Dr. Saifi in Poland. he used a lot of single hairs when doing the hairline and i am happy with how this looks, i am wanting the 2500 grafts to add density behind the hairline and through the top so i am not expecting any graft splitting and the doctor confirmed there will be no scalpels in the surgery.

we chatted about the bad review and Dr. Kumari assured me that she doesn't know who done the review therefore i will continue with my transplant and my experience can help other people to make decisions based on my personal experience and my many updates on results.

The day before i go in i will buzz all my hair off to a number 2 and i will get high definition pictures of the recipient area and density and post a new folder on my profile. i will also take many high definition pictures of the doner site before and after and throughout the growing phase.

it would be nice to know that there is an affordable F.U.E surgeon in the u.k that can deliver on quality.... watch this space!

  9. i am actually booked in to this clinic in Liverpool in may to have 2500 grafts fue. it is still the same price at 1.50 sterling per graft. i seen this link after i had booked in and i had already paid a deposit. i emailed a link to dr. Kamari of this thread and she called me up.

we discussed my concerns and she arranged for me to meet two of her happy clients. They both seemed pleased with the doctor and as i am not wanting any artistry of the hair line as it is all ready in place from dr. Saifi, i am needing the 2500 grafts to be placed behind my hairline and through the top of my head for extra density. I will buzz my head to a number 1 before going in and get high definition pictures done so i can analyze density and graft success rate. i will also get a graft harvest count from the donor area. if the guy who was so unhappy with the surgery contact me i would love to talk with you. thanks

  10. Hi all, just a quick update, it's been 7 weeks tomorrow since I've had surgery and I am almost sure I have tiny thin blond hairs growing in the transplanted area, I am sure I didn't have native miniaturized hairs in this area, I have been looking closely at these hairs over the last week and I am now 70% sure these are new hairs, I could be wrong and I can't take a picture of them yet as they are too fine but I will keep you posted, also the scar is tremendous, almost invisible only for it being slightly pink. I know it seems early but some people have started growth around the 7-8 week mark.

  11. Hi all, six weeks now since surgery with Dr Saifi and all the grafts have fallen out as expected, just reporting on the scar at this point and I am thrilled with it, all the old plug scars have gone and now, at 6 weeks it is almost undetectable, I will post updated pictures when I begin to see some growth from the grafts

  12. There will always be knockers and doom and gloom merchants, but all the people who have been to this surgeon have been perfectly happy with everything, I have posted the doctors own pictures from my procedure so I welcome all comments as to what they think of the standard set by Dr Saifi, even though he is not a paying supporter of the site.

It just goes to prove that there are very good surgeons who are not paying supporters of this forum and probably some not so good who do pay. You just have to do a lot of research, but it's good to have an affordable, quality surgeon in Europe.

  13. Hi guys, thanks for you wishes, I am back home now, healing and I am very happy with Dr Saifi's work, his artistry and his dedication to help people.

The city of Wroclaw is a must to visit, it's buildings, history, restaurants and bars, not to mention the market square are all world class and it's a credit to have such a great place to look around whilst having hair surgery.

The doctors surgery is pristine and modern, I was very impressed with the consultation as I felt both me and Dr. Saifi had the same ideas as to the best course of action.

I had previous hair transplant repair work that needed addressing and Dr Saifi fixed this within the set fee, so I was very happy.

I had around 2000 grafts and the repair work carried out in around 8 hours, the doctor is very hands on, doing all the work himself, and planting all the grafts whilst being assisted with his very capable assistants.

Dr. Saifi explained what he was doing throughout the proceedure which put me at ease.

From start to finish I felt absolutely no pain, the doctor takes his time injecting the anesthetic giving each small area time to numb before moving along to inject the next area, thus making sure you will not feel a thing. After the operation is finished you will leave with all the medication and painkillers you need with a written instruction leaflet.

I will post updated pictures in the next few days so that you can see the refinity of the graft placement yourselves.

Dr Saifi for me proves that hair transplantation is affordable to the masses and the standard of the work, the clinic and the city is up there with the best.

I now have to play the long waiting game but I am convinced I am going to be thrilled with my new lease of life.

  14. Well I have arrived at wraclaw in Poland to have my surgery with Dr Saifi tomorrow morning, I was picked up at the airport by Chris, Dr Saifi's taxi driver and driven into the heart of this beautiful city where the doctor put me up in the art hotel which is very nice in a fantastic location.

I will be picked up at the hotel after breakfast and driven to the clinic at half nine, I will keep you posted

  15. Hi guys, I have been researching surgeons for about a year now and although many people on these forums say cost should not be an issue when considering a hair transplant, unfortunately not all people are in the position to not consider cost so for me I narrowed it down to three, Dr Madhu in India, Dr Pong in Thailand and Dr Saifi in Poland.

The logistics in going to India and thisland put me off, I want to go and be back quickly and not have to apply for visas and get injections Ect.

Thanks for your wishes the portchester pirate, I will pass on your message lol
