Anyway you should go to Rahal and ask him what now. Maybe hi will fix you this. If I were you i don't leve it as it is now. I would do some FUE to get bigger densidy.

I don't have hair losing for now but in future i will. But i am lucky. No one from my familly is bald. They are for max NW2 but yes... in future i will. My favourite dr is still dr Rahal. And I would choce him. But i wouldn't accept his decition about such poor densidy.

Come on. There is no excuse. Rahal give him very poor densidy(40 per cm2). And results look like it is even less. For front 40 gafas per cm2?? That's very very poor. At least he shoud have 65. That's worst Rahal case I have ever seen.

Dude you shoud go for dense packing.

Looks great but on that NW3(??) he could get biger density(more gafas) but still it looks great.

So if this is not an issue for you, you can speak to most reputable surgeons and they can provide you with that service.

If you cover just NW2\3 with big density ther will by not an "ilucion". So i am lucky. My dad is NW2(little thinning), his dad also(no thinning just nw2) and they are 50 and 80. Are You able to tell me with one clinic is able to give the bigest(the most gafast per cm2) dense packing? H&W, Rahal or someone else?

So let just say that if i would have NW2(and little thinning) and great donor(can rebild me hairline and cover thinning with 80 per cm2 dense) arena, H&W\Rahal or other who are able to do such big dense like 80 per cm2, will give me this? I can decide how many gafas i want per cm2?

Yeah but if you want real density, not "fluff" that shows scalp with any little breeze of wind, then I say go for as many as you can. Most people want maximum density.

Well if it will stay as it is for now, i will be very disappointing of Rahal transplant. He had 2 times better results. But still i think that you will get better results in time.

Hello. My story.

I am 22. Well, Since I remember I give a lot of attention for my hair. I were very happy person I smile all the time, talkative and confident. Now it is an opposite….

But me hairdresser told me... “You have big thinning on all you head” That was shock for me. I know I will be NW2 at least and I were ready for that but not for thinning My dad don’t care about hair condition(he smoke, use hair-drier, he “scour” hair after wash be towel etc.) and here are his pictures. He is 50 btw:

So as you can see he has not the worst hair especially if he is 50. His dad have ticker hair(actually not thinning) in front and he is 80.

So. It is may not the worst baldness on this board but believe me… even that can affected on you.

So what is your opinion?? Maybe I am overreacting and there is no thinning just light. But still, someone told me I am thinning and it almost kills me. I don’t have money to buy propecia and another thinks. Let be honest. I am a type of guy who think “If you do something, do it as good as it is possible” If nothing will change, I will go to dr Rahal(now I am imperf money and if there will be no Histogen or Aderas or outher technique I will do a Hair Transplant. But does it give me satisfied results? I know that Rahal can give amazing hairline, but what about thining? I will go back my density? I hope so… )

And I disagree with opinion that man should have at least some NW1\2 at age. Look at Brad Pitt, Tom Cruise, Keanu Reeves, David Duchovny. They look great with his young hairline and head full of hair…

And even if you are 60+ with had full of hair you can look amazing. Look at John Glover.

I believe you results gets better in time, 9 months not allways give you full results. Sometimes you have to wait more then year. I think that because i watch a lot of results. I saw that 15 mounts after HT looks better then one year after, not saying after 9 mounts. So don't worry.

FUE is good to cover strip scar?? Does anyone did somethink like this?

Hi. I am 22. For now I have hairline exactly like Tom Cruise and I want to have it for rest of my life. But I know it is not possible so I will do ht in future.

My dad(50) is NW2 as my grandpapa(80 - he has even more solidity hair then my dad). But i have obsession of my hair and i will do HT for 5-8 yers(if histogen or another methond won't be anviable to use).

I understand you want to natural look as we all but in your case if you have "just" nw2 you don't have to worry about it. It is possible to get natural results(but not be the FUE, only FUT imo).

In my opinion dr Rahal will give you what you need. I look at a lot of pictures, films and for restore hairline dr Rahal will be the best choise. He is a genius. But again, for me FUT look more natural in front then FUE. If i were you i would take FUT on front and as possible as it is, cover be FUE method thinning on crown or just wait for histogen to cover it and for now do HT. And if you want, do FUE to cover a scar.
