    I sent Dr. Humayun an email and i was happy to get some feedback from him/his apprentice. He confirmed that the HT facility will be operational in Dubai during January 2011 and provided details on cost for my type 4 (norwood scale) condition. The good news for me is that i have misjudged my condition for a type 4 while i may actually be a type 3-vertex (without the receding hairline in the front). Anyway, he requested i send through some photographs of my condition so i'll do that and let him judge. Thank you all for your input. I'll keep this thread updated.

    Hey Neyase, Thanks for the info! I would definitely love to get in touch with Dr. Humayun. However, I checked his website and could not find any direct way to communicate with him. If you (or anyone) has his contact details that would be great and appreciated. Thanks and regards. EDIT: My bad. I managed to locate his personal email on this website. Thanks again Neyase.

    Hello everyone. I’m a fellow hair loss patient and this is my very first post on this forum. I would greatly appreciate all the support/feedback I could get. I’m 25 years old and I started to notice hair loss on my scalp at the age of 21. I could say I am a Type 4 on the Norwood scale and I’m seeking a good/qualified surgeon in the UAE. I am really glad I found this website. Just before joining this morning, I had called to set up an appointment for a consult at the Alvi Armani clinic in Dubai. Now, after reading several posts about the clinic, I’m glad I didn’t go ahead with it. I’m only familiar with Alvi Armani and NuHart clinics and, unfortunately, both had bad post-op patient reviews. I am tired of using concealers (Topik) and looking for a permanent solution to my bald spot so I would really appreciate any recommendations on surgeons/clinics in Dubai or across UAE. Thank you
