  2. Since i was a kid i was told that my hair was very thin and that i shouldn't cut it very short, so since i was 15 i started using hair products like gel and hair sprays almost every day. Now at 26 i noticed that my already thin hair is thinner at the top to the point that i can see some scalp. Is it possible that it was always thinner there and i just never noticed it. Also can it be due to hair products and if i stop now can it get better. To all the problems now this, just can't stop thinking about this. Thank you
  3. Hi, I keep hearing don't wash your hair every day it is not good for your scalp and hair, but is this really true? I use Nioxin 3 for shampoo and conditioner. Also is using hair gel and hair spray every day bad for the hair, and can it be the cause of my hair thinning? If i stop should it get better or the problem is not in the hair products at all. Thank you
