Dear yshah, Thank you very much for sharing your experience with community. I would like to answer the queries one by one as follow. Well, our prices are common for Islamabad and Peshawar for Dr. Humayun and we are sorry for any miscommunication from our side, mainly wrong person picked up the call and gave the wrong quote. But yes, If Dr. Humayun is not working in Peshawar on booked dates, then pick and drop service is given form Peshawar to Islamabad and back. This is exactly the same thing happened in quotation of price and availability of Dr. Humayun in Peshawar. You have been quoted the same price through e mail as well. Price is not an issue, can be checked though mail and call. We have a group of doctors working with Dr. Humayun, like Dr. Ahmed, Dr. Zahid and Dr. Faisal. All do the independent surgeries along with a team of technicians and as a standard procedure for all of our clients, we explain all the course of action (Explained to you as well) before the starting of procedure by respective booked Doctor, which is as follow. 1- First of all Dr./consultant will take the pictures for future reference. 2- Then Dr. will draw/design the front hair line and will make grids to distribute the number of grafts, planned to be done during the procedure. This covers the main architectural of procedure. 3- Dr. then will mark the right donor area, keeping in view the quality of scar, maximum number of grafts can be extracted, keeping in view the quality of scar on back. Then Dr. does the trimming of hair from donor area. 4- The anesthesia is then injected to donor area. 5- Then Dr. harvests the strip from donor area which goes to technicians for preparation of grafts. 6- Then the recipient area is anaesthetized. 7- Then Dr. will make the sites on recipient area, according to design of front hair line and distribution of grafts which he has done before getting the strip. The softness of front hair line, angle of exit, distribution of planned number of grafts, all is controlled while making incision and is done by the Dr. Angles are defined during the making of sites not on computers. 8- Then technicians put the grafts in to the angles defined by Dr. one by one. The front 2 to 3 rows are given with single follicular grafts followed by 1 to 3 hair follicle grafts are placed from 3rd to 4th row respectively. 9- It was clearly mentioned in the email sent to you before procedure about planting of grafts will be done by technicians and was also explained to you before the procedure. 10- Once all the planting is done, the bandage is given on front and back and followed by post-operative dos and don’ts both verbal and in writing. 11- We have made a system, which we are following since 13 year and providing the results every one appreciated. 12- We count the grafts and give the total numbers to clients. But all singles goes on front hair line and rest all are spread on back. However, we have instructed our staff to give count of all grafts with number of follicles to each graft as we do in our FUE procedures. Well, all above is the distribution of work done on you and assure you that you were not cheated with the amount of work done on you by Doctor. All the architectural and art is controlled by Dr. Humayun but labor work is done by the technicians, which is more laborious work. So normally not only you, lot of people think that Dr. do the less work and technicians do more work. Now a day, large sessions are done and physically single surgeon cannot do all the work. Technicians do their work in and out on daily basis so are more tuned to do their job. So Doctor’s Job can not be done by Technicians and technician’s job is usually not done by Doctor. During the procedure, patients are under Oral Sedation (Tab. Midazolam 7.5mg) which gives the Amnesia effect, so they might not remember the event completely. We guarantee our results and hope that you will be another satisfied customer since it is explained before and also given in writing that you will need at least one more session to have a decent volume on front and reasonable coverage towards back.
