I would like to give more information on the Microdot Process provided by DonCosa Images. The process is not a surgical procedure, but it is by far the most effective method to achieve fuller, thicker, less noticably thin hair. I am very familiar with the Microdot Process, as well as the company; I am also familiar with a few other companies claiming to achieve the same effects. Don Cosa is the most adept company, as the chief technician is also a client. They use a soft material which is made into a webbing-like "matrix" suited to your specific proportions and needs. This material is secured to your natural hair with no glues or tape, allowing your natural hair to come through the "matrix" and lets the scalp breathe and your natural hair continue to grow. The Microdot is a knot similar to the knot used by doctors when securing sutures (stitches). The first knot goes around small bunches of your natural hair close to the scalp (about 10-20 natural hairs). Then, the "matrix" is secured to the existing Microdot and is spread over your thinning/bald areas. I cannot emphasize enough how amazing the results of using this process are, as well as the quality of product and service you are sure to recieve by using the Don Cosa Microdot Process.
