After doing alot of research w/ help from u guys on this forum, I've decided I'm going to try to get an FUE ht. Is there any kind of consensus on who is the best doctor at this? It seems people here have a pretty high opinion of Dr. Feller, Dr. Shapiro and some others. Is this the general consensus that they are the best? Does anyone have a different opinion? Feel free to PM me if you have negative comments, as I dont want to provoke people to badmouth doctors in public. Thanks all you guys, this forum has been an immense help in my research.

Hi all, Apologies if this is the wrong place, but I have some begginner type questions. I've just began to get slightly noticeable hairloss, and after some research wanted to get the FUE treatment. Here's my questions: 1. Is there any kind of concensus on who is the leading doctor(s) in this treatment? I'm willing to travel anywhere (preferably in the US but would go anywhere if necessary). Say money is not an issue (it is, but im willing and able to pay for the best treatment) 2. If I get the treatment, about how long will it be before the redness/swelling other noticeable effects will go away? Ideally I'd like to get the treatment in some other city then stay there until these effects go away, so I no one would have to know I've had this done. Is this feasible since I'm not really very noticeably bald yet? Or is it a long time before redness goes away? (more than a few weeks?) I'm sorry, I'm sure these questions have been answered many times here, but I'm seeing some different information searching around and was hoping for a definitive answer.
