  1. Hi guys! My pre HT shampoo routine was 3:1 tgel to nizoral. How soon post-op do you think its safe to get back to that routine? Using an aloe shampoo right now. Thanks.
  2. How many days post-op can I get back on the foam? Thanks.
  3. Very sorry for misreading your tone. Thanks for your reply and thanks for trying to help.
  4. It was condescending. I didn't say anything about "hitting it hard". Nor did I ask for a period of time it takes for a scar to heal. Thanks for responding.
  5. Blindmelon, I wasn't looking for "guidelines", I was looking for specifics. I definitely wasn't looking for condescension. I don't have any problems taking time off at all, nor did I imply that in my post. I just wanted to know what EXACTLY were healthy or contraindicated movements. Bill, your post answered my questions perfectly. Thank you.
  6. Sorry. Too vague. I'm a fitness fanatic. Taking it easy for me might be intense for someone else. I'm looking for specific movements which people have performed and been known to cause strain or widening.
  7. Can someone please give me a list of specific gym exercises which have been known to produce tension or widen the donor area scar. I'm one week post-op. Thanks.

  9. Is ther any evidence that suggests waiting a full two weeks, as opposed to nine or ten days before suture removal will produce a thinner scar?
