FUE performed on our patient (35) with

• NW III Vertex, Class N
• Donor density of 84 FU/cmÇ occipital, 96 FU/cmÇ parietal, 96 FU/cmÇ temporal
• Hair diameter of ~ 48 - 52 microns

Treatment plan
Follicular Unit Extraction to attain an aesthetic reconstruction of the hairline and midhead section.
Medical therapy with topical Finagel 1% to stabilize and improve the hair structure in the crown area.

Performed procedure
FUE (September 8, 2022)

Follicular Unit Extraction with 3155 FU:
* 400 single hair FU
* 2106 double hair FU
* 644 triple hair FU
HGI: 2,1

Parallel incisions in custom-sized blades technique (Cutting Edge blades of 0,8 - 0,95 mm).
Extraction performed by WAW-system with a 0.85 mm serrated trumpet punch.
Partial microscopic preparation of the single follicular unit grafts.
