GregorPL
Hello. Below is a report of my two hair transplants that took place at the "Klinika Przybylski" in Kalisz, Poland. The first transplant was on October 30-31, 2021, during which 2560 grafts were transplanted. The second transplant took place on November 26, 2022, and 2125 grafts were transplanted to me then. Introduction I am 37 years old, and I first noticed signs of hair loss when I was 26. Since then, I've tried various topical treatments (Nioxin, Loxon) and underwent several carboxytherapy sessions, which, in my opinion, yielded no results in my case. In March 2021 (which was 8 months before the first hair transplantation), I had a consultation in Kalisz with Dr. Przybylski. Due to the fact that I definitely didn't win the genetic lottery concerning my hair, which is thin, sparse, and light, Dr. Przybylski warned me that the results wouldn't be spectacular. He even advised considering not going through with the transplant. We decided to try supporting the situation pharmacologically (Nezyr 1 mg, once a day) and would make a decision after a minimum of 6 months. In the end, I opted for the procedure, essentially having no other idea on how to save my hair. I didn't want to go to Turkey, despite the lower costs, because I preferred to have the transplantation done in Poland. Photos from 2019 when I began searching for a clinic. Before the first hair transplant, October 2021, at Przybylski's clinic. Report from the first transplant: October 30-31, 2021 The transplant took a total of 2 days. On the first day, the procedure lasted just over 6 hours, during which 1500 grafts were harvested and implanted. On the next day, the procedure took about 4 hours, during which the rest were transplanted. Due to the initial thinness in the donor area, the number of grafts was reduced. Dr. Przybylski performed the graft implantation, assisted by 3 ladies who were responsible for counting and sorting the grafts. Before the procedure, I was given instructions on how to proceed after the transplant and a list of tests to be performed. Right after the first hair transplantation, October 31, 2021. One month after the first transplant, December 2021. 7 months after (May, 2022) 9 months after (September, 2022) My donor area after the first hair transplantation (September, 2022). Second hair transplant: November 26, 2022 During this transplant, in the course of a single day, 2125 grafts were harvested and implanted. Dr. Przybylski and I decided to focus on densifying the crown and the front of the head to improve the hairline. Before the SECOND hair transplant, November 26, 2022, at Przybylski's clinic. Right after the SECOND hair transplantation, November 26, 2022. 11 months after (October 2023) Summary I am pleased with the results, especially knowing what my donor area looked like and the type of hair I have. Currently, I continue to use Nezyr, and I also take a mix of vitamins and zinc. Edited October 30, 2023 by GregorPL
Regular Member FortunatePatient Posted October 31, 2023 Regular Member Share Posted October 31, 2023 I like the result. Especially the crown. Have you considered some more work in those areas like few hundred grafts each? I think it could improve the result further.

Not for now, perhaps in the future, but I have to remember that there isn’t much left to harvest from my donor area. Dr. Przybylski suggested that there is a reserve of a maximum of 1000 grafts left. Currently, I would like to take some time to rest and enjoy the results
