Regular Member Kacan Posted September 26, 2023 Regular Member Share Posted September 26, 2023 (edited) Hi, I have low Hemoglobin (13.6 g/dl - normal range but low limit) and Hematocrit(40.6%) values my entire life. Will it effect Hair Transplant results? Should I avoid the surgery? Edited September 26, 2023 by Kacan
Regular Member Turkhair Posted September 26, 2023 Regular Member Share Posted September 26, 2023 13g/dl is normal. This is a question for your operating surgeon not for any of us. Why do you even know you had low hemoglobin all your life is what I am interested in.

I know it because of periodic blood tests every few years. Btw - I have no Iron deficiency. The Hematocrit isn't normal, I think, and is below the normal range (in a bit). The Hemoglobin is indeed within the normal range but at the low limit. Edited September 26, 2023 by Kacan
