Need advice on which doctor to choose for hairline lowering surgery

Good afternoon everyone,

      I am hoping to get advice and maybe what people think on what doctor I should choose.   I (female) had FUE and FUT and currently am looking to roll back those procedures due to the unsatisfactory results by doing away from them and getting hairline lowering surgery.  The FUE failed and FUT was somewhat successful but the hairline is so harsh it looks masculine, under certain lights and angles you can clearly see the lack of density.   I don't want to do another hair transplant due to the time it takes to the results.  I am hoping to get some guidence on who to choose for hairline lowering surgery - I'm currently split between Dr. Nataline Attenelano and Dr. Jeffrey Epstein.  I was wondering what everyone thought about them and which are better results for a women.
