Best options in europe for someone with a nw1/nw2?

So Im thinking of getting a hair transplant as my temples are starting to recede and I have a bit of balding on the crown too. Its not that bad yet though. Ive done a little bit of research and Ive found a couple of alternatives like Dr Couto, Dr Pekiner, Dr Bisanga etc but for someone that wants to do the operation in europe then what would the top options be when the level of baldness is around nw2?

Do not get a transplant prior to taking any medication such as finasteride.

A transplant should be the last option. You should approach it from a long-term perspective and look at it as a hair restoration program.
