DaniBr
I wanted to share that I had a hair transplant 4 weeks ago. My plan is to start losing weight and going to the gym 2-3 times a week. I am aware that going to the gym can have an effect on balding because it raises testosterone levels in the body. Regarding weight loss, I have concerns about whether enough nutrients will reach my hair due to the calorie deficit, is it a good reason to be worried? Are there any other dangers associated with weight loss, such as increased stress levels?
