"Dietary supplements such as amino acids and proteins should not be taken within 1 month after the hair transplant. Otherwise, the hair follicles may weaken and the hair transplant may fail."

Pure nonsense. Proteins and amino acids are necessary to our diet. All things in moderation but to call that out to make yourself sound competent, is ridiculous. I'd steer clear of whatever 'doctor' posted that.

Avoiding certain supplements like amino acids and proteins for the initial month is common advice to prevent potential interference with follicle healing. Have you considered incorporating the best organic whey protein powder later in your recovery? It could offer valuable nutrients to support hair health once you've passed the critical post-transplant period. Always consult your doctor for personalized advice.
