There is no reputable HT doctor in this state. I agree with @Chetman2112, Dr. Konior or Dr. Panine in Chicago or Dr. Haber in Ohio are the closest doctors that are reputable. You might have to travel even farther but I conclude, Michigan is a no go for HTs.
