Do grafts that have had zero growth after 30 days survive?

Just want to try and put my mind at rest.

I had a transplant just over a month ago (hairline only) and I would say 60-70% of the transplanted grafts now have hairs that are roughly 5mm long (or they were and now they have shed). Which is great.

The other 30-40% are small stubble hairs that haven't grown at all since the day they were implanted. A lot of these are on the front row, single hairs. Also some patches elsewhere. It doesn't appear that there has been any shed of the stubble hairs yet, only the longer ones.

For people who have been through this and seen similar, these stubble hairs - can they still grow / shed at some point and be healthy grafts in the future?

Or are these likely part of the x% failed grafts that can be expected?

Thanks.
