A concealer tip for diffuse thinners after HT

Hi, good people. 

I had a transplant a month ago, and my hair is now truly looking like shit. I have tried using toppik, but it was just too inconvenient, and i don't want to worry about getting powder running down my face when i go out in rain or at the gym. I therefore bought a product called "Toppik root concealer". It's not hair fibers, but rather a spray, which are used for "coloring" roots of dyed hair.

It's easy to apply, and does not come off until you are showering. It colors your scalp, so it's kind of similar to the effect that dermmatch has.  
i guess other root concealers product would work fine too, but i have only tried the toppik brand. And if you have too much diffuse thinning, it will probably look unnatural.
