Im sure without direct light you would appear more like Norwood 4. But it’s where your heading that’s important too. The usual combo of meds will help in keeping what you do have already. Personally I had more of my hair shedding even when using it twice a week. It also seemed to cause irritation and seemed to dry out my hair. So I stopped.
