So there is no deep immobilization piece anyway how surgeons lose control of the deep?

Answer: Plunger located on top of the Choi Implanter Pen when surgeon place the graft his finger will push the plunger, every time he push the plunger unintentionally will set deepness incorrectly so what can be a solution ask assistance to check deep every shot but assistance need to be fast so this is time losing this will not work at all as consequently result will not good.

Note: LEON Implanter Pen has deep immobilization piece. It designed on needle holder

In turkey Hair Transplant Market on the top so there are so many clinic established for Hair Transplant surgery most of them are not perform these operation In the surgery room and they are not even doctor. They may take you to the Hospital however it doesn’t mean your operation will be performing in surgery room. In my opinion it is not necessary to perform Hair Transplantation in the surgery room but at least this kind of surgery should perform under Medical Doctor in hospital.

Let’s go back to doctor or clinic who use Choi Implanter Pen Method or Leon Implanter Pen Method Those Clinics or Doctors must work with very talent assistance, running continuously and they should paid enough otherwise Choi/Leon Implanter Pen Method will become your end. There is one example in this forum name is Dr. Hakan DOGANAY who use Choi Implanter Pen Method his recommendation is over due to so many unhappy patients posted their result. There is another doctor name is Jose Lorenzo who use Leon Implanter Pen Method of course we can’t compare him with Dr. Hakan DOGANAY but I am pointing he is using same method but different Implanter Pen seems like he doing very well. wow where is that knowledge from ? I have reviewed the bad comments about Dr Doganay and most are just exaggerated issues, actually gave me a feeling that someone is trying sabotage Dr Hakan. Secondely I am HIV poz person and to be fair only Dr Donagan have had no problems with that, stating that they do every procedure in very sterilized environment and tools for every patients same standard are required. I have talked with Mustafa, one of Dr representative and he said that in this forum there is a number of bad mouth people and some dr already given up on it. I do agree with him
