I'm looking into treatment for my frontal thinning. I started finasteride for 2 months then stopped because my wife complained it might make me impotent. I also started taking minoxodil again after stopping for 6 weeks. Though have a 5 month supply now.

 

Generally, I am looking into platelet rich plasma treatment and possibly FUE, though need to be careful due to hypertrophic scarring on my back and chest.

 

If I do PRP this month, and maybe 500 FUE around the front with fin and minox, do you think that would resolve my thinning? Any other recommendations? Thanks.
