A larger area than the one macroscopically empty has been grafted in order to anticipate the future loss. In the other hand, I have recommended to the patient to take Minoxidil and Finasteride to stabilize the hairless. Here are the results of the FUT surgery : 3093 grafts with 437 FUT 1, 1780 FUT 2, 742 FUT 3 and 134 FUT 4 for an amount of 6759 hair. The patient is really happy with the situation. The grafts have been transplanted following a spiral. I'll get some better pictures soon showing more precisely the result and they will be posted too.
