Some of this popping has left scabs - are the follicles still ok? Just started using Regaine and Nizoral for Shampoo. I've heard some physicians state that it's safe to pop them and I have to admit that I have done this with every transplant I've had. However, others recommend either leaving them alone or lancing them with a sterilized needle. The issue here is the potential for infection and scarring rather than hair growth.
