Senior Member 2youngforthis Posted April 24, 2015 Senior Member Share Posted April 24, 2015 lately I have been thinking more and more about a ht, but my question is how long after a ht could I start wearing a helmet ? I do a lot of cycling and I just now wondered. I assume 4 months after a ht is when I could start lifting with aggressive cycling aswell. I Thought 4 months might be to long so what would be the time a fut guy could start training and maybe wearing a helmet?? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
