which shampoo for inflammed scalp?

Hey guys,

 

The other day (pretty much when at the same time that I realised my hair at the temples seemed to be getting thinner) i noticed my scalp was pretty sore all over and feels really inflammed. Now, this might be because I washed my hair in the sink and didn't rinse it out properly (which i think was the case anyway), or maybe due to dht or whatever?

 

Just wondering, for an inflammed scalp would it be a good idea to maybe grab some of that 1% nizoral, or something more soothing? I guess it depends what the problem is.
