Wow,that's a closeup.So much so i can't get

a feel for your degree of baldness.

thinning those grafts seems recommended.

Not an expert on that though.

Is that picture a 3D photo? If i stare at it

from an inch away with unfocused eyes will

i see a landscape painting???

you do seem to have good hair characteristics

so i think HT could produce some impressive

results.

Post another pic that would let me see the

forest for the trees.

just my random thoughts.

nile,

Maybe a combination of the two would be your best bet. Thinning out the old plugs and then transplanting grafts around them. Dr. Glenn Charles did a great job doing just this on a member named Altair. While this was only a couple of months ago, Altair posted his update a few weeks ago. The difference already is impressive: Altair's Thread

I noticed threads about ongoing 5000 body hair surgery on a few forums ( I dont think I am allowed to mention their names here or am I).

Imagine a patient gets fue from Dr. Woods (the world's costliest fue surgeon) and then goes to Dr.Arvind ( I bet the world's most economic surgeon in fue and bodyhair).

Gillenator, could you find out from Dr.Arvind the reasons for this- I am sure you would have a hotline to him.

Going to Dr.AP for Body hair transplant and fue
