Senior Member Dr. Joseph Williams Posted March 27, 2014 Senior Member Share Posted March 27, 2014 61 year old male 1 year post-op having received a total of 2,101 grafts utilizing custom cut blades: 300 single hair grafts were placed into 0.8mm (45 degree blade) incisions in the hairline, 900 grafts were placed into 1.2mm (45 degree blade) incisions in the front, 601 grafts in the top, and 300 grafts in the crown. Patient is wearing a ponytail somewhat distorting appearance on sides and front. However, he is extremely pleased with the result.
