I have been using Rogaine foam for the past 3 years up till transplant. I started up again about 3 weeks after. I am back up to my 2x per day. It seems to create a little redness when first applying, but goes back to normal in about an hour. Can Rogaine harm any of the new dormant grafts at 2x per day?
