Hair graphs came out later than expected

Hey guys!

I say about 30 percent of the graphs that were implanted in my frontal area came out later than expected (around 4-5 month mark). Would this mean that it'll take longer to grow. As in, would it start the dormant phase from the point the later graphs came out? I am currently couple days over my 6 month mark and i have been taking pictures of my temple and i noticed that there are tiny hairs starting to sprout all over which looks like transplanted hair ( which i also notice during the 5 month mark). Looks can be deceiving so I'm not too sure but this is my second hair transplant so I can somewhat tell what a transplanted hair looks like. If anyone had this happen to them or could give me some good input, that'll be great! thanks guy!

O btw! I also took these pictures just now which is couple days after my 6 month mark.
