Regular Member wildflowerwildflower Posted October 22, 2011 Regular Member Share Posted October 22, 2011 I know several people here have recommended massage the day/night before a HT, but has anyone used massage and/or acupuncture post-op to help their body's healing process? Obviously, you wouldn't want hands or needles going anywhere above your neck, but I just wonder if anyone used these (or other) approaches to facilitate your body's post-op healing process?
