Vero
I lecture for a living and it's important that any hair transplant proceedure not be too obvious. It is possible to have multi sessions with only a relatively few hairs transplanted each time so that there will be less shock?

Guest
You can certainly do a smaller number of grafts several times if that works best for you. In my experience, if you are placing grafts into an area where you still have some of your own naturally occuring hair you will accelerate the hair loss in that area, especially amoung the hairs that are miniturized and ready to fall out anyhow within the next few years, and this seems to be relatively independent of how many grafts are placed.
