I believe he is a plastic surgeon who performs many other procedures besides hair transplants. I don't know what percentage of his practice hair transplants comprise. That is a question you might want to ask if you consult with him. Also make sure he is doing all follicular unit hair transplants. You may also want to check out Dr. Jeffrey Epstein and Dr. Glenn Charles, who are both in South Florida. They are both members of the Coalition and come highly recommended on this site.
