True, regarding Mega sessions, there are some which really stand out but again, it is not due to ability rather approach. Some docs take a bit more of a conservative approach which does not mean they can't do a 6000 graft session rather they won't due to their style. As long as you go to these top docs you pretty much can expect the same great result. It's like asking which is better a Mercedes or BMW???
