Hi,

I had visited Dr.True and Dr. Bernstein offices in NY last week and both were very good in diognizing my case. I'm 27 and NW4 type. Dr.True has said to go for 2000 grafts at the frontal phase and not worry at the top right now. Bernstein has suggested to go for 2200 overall mostly at the frontal part and also few grafts at the top. I'm in a confused state with whom I have to go. Does any one suggest me which technique is good. I read from the forum that Dr. True uses Ultra Dense Graft packing Technique. Any one know how good the technique is compared to what others like Bernstein uses. Please share your knowledges about the pros and cons of these techniques.

Thanks for the message. Do you think being conservative will do good in future of my age rather than completely concentrating on the frontal part.

i want to seek opinions on these factors so that i can make a good judgement. I'm little bit scared being in twenties and what happens if i keep loosing hair and my face becomes awkward with transplanted hair in the front. I have 5000 donor grafts overall and in the middle of balding phase.

I'll meet Fellar next week.

Thanks so much for your advice..

I was about a NW4A but 41, I did about 2500 mostly in front but I like having my crown covered, so I had Dr keene put some there too, Now it has filled in nicely and not slick bald hole in my head. Plant all they can harvest, in the long run the cost really will not make any difference but if you go for it go with as much as they can get and do in day.
