As a diffuse thinner however, it is my opinion that you can be more agressive as the loss patterns are somewhat defined already, so theres little left to chance. Ofcourse, unless you somehow miraculously grew back your crown and any future hairloss would be frontal only, but i haven't seen that happen before. Im hoping for the best Congrats on your HT I can't really tell what was done from your pictures, which are a little unclear. After 14 days the grafts should be fixed, you will know if you tear any out because they will bleed. I'd advise you to wash carefully every day, but leave off the towel. What bothers me here is that 1500 grafts may not be enough to give you the result you hope for at the end of the growing cycle. As Dewayne mentioned....don't sacrifice long-term looks for the short term. I for one know that my doc (Dr.Epstein) doesn't love the idea of doing jobs on guys less than 25 years old. Don't panic or rush into this. These great Docs aren't going anywhere...and will only improve with time. Research !
