Guest Posted March 13, 2003 Share Posted March 13, 2003 I saw Dr. Elliott in Newport Beach, CA for an HT in Oct of 1999. They were doing micro and minigrafts then. I've spoken to them recently about another procedure but curiously they seem to reject the difference between micro/mini grafts and follicular units as marketing BS. I also felt some real sales pressure during my last conversation. More importantly, I am not at all convinced that I received the actual number of grafts promised. See my post "Actual Number of Grafts" under questions for docs for more detail. Based on the techniques of that time, I'd give their work a "B". Not sure how they've updated their techniques or if they are 100% honest. Be careful...I asked all the right questions and I'm looking elsewhere right now. Good luck.
