Well, the topic says it all. How much does it cost, on average, per graft, for the typical graft?

Are more grafts less expensive? In other words, if you require 3500 grafts, is that generally less expensive than if you required 1000?

I've been bald since the very young age of 15 so it shouldn't be a surprise to anyone here that I've tried some drastic measures to take care of my hair loss problem.

One such procedure I undertook was the "Tunnel graft" procedure that supposedly eliminated the need for tapes, and was a semi permanent way of attaching an "undetectable" hairpiece. Of course, none of the claims for this system were true.

My question.....has anyone out there had the grafts removed?

If so, what's been your experiences with transplantation afterwards?
