  1. About a year ago, I had my first hair transplant with Dr. Lindsey in Northern Virginia, and am satisfied.

When I was researching and visiting different doctors, I came across Virginia Surgical and decided to give them a visit. They seemed fine, but I hadn't heard anything about them so I did not want to take a chance. After my visit, I got a lot of phone calls from a woman named Linda Carnazza (last name may be a little different than that). I told her I had decided to go with another facility, but I still got calls and e-mails. Finally, it stopped...but earlier this week I got a Facebook friend request from Linda (with Virginia Surgical and Medical Hair Restoration) in the actual title. I feel that my privacy has definitely been invaded, as I do not want the fact that I was interested in (and eventually received) a hair transplant. Does this sound weird to any of you???

  3. Just had my first hair transplant with Dr. Lindsey in McLean, Va. The staff there was skillful, the procedure was virtually painless, and the work itself looks great. Take a look at my blog Hairloss Weblog

Within the next week or so I will be updating with my post-op pictures, and then updating every other week or so after that.

  5. After 4 consultations and years of research, I have chosen a doctor and secured a mid-June date with Dr. Lindsay in Northern Va. I currently have some pictures, but they are under heavy light and was told during my consultation that my hair is not as bad as the pictures under that light, so i'll post my newer pictures soon. I'm 25, and I believe I am about a NW 2, but thinning on top (with a little toppik you can barely tell). My main problem area is the temple region on both sides, but there is significant thinning all over. Anyways, wish me luck, and i'll provide pictures throughout. I will be getting 1500 grafts (strip procedure), placed on the hairline and a little behind it.
