Thanks! But does that mean once I stop using drugs like Propecia or Rogaine that all results will be lost?

I am 19. I have a slightly receding hairline. I would just like to get it fixed so I am not self-conscious. Here is what it looks like now:

Can anyone recommend anyone in northern California? Also how long is the healing process? And is there a 21 year old age limit to most places? Any and ALL input would be greatly appreciated since I have no clue about any of this. Thank you!
